Located in the charming village of Livernon, the villa offers you absolute peace and quiet while remaining connected: the bakery, the convenience store and the cafes and restaurants are within walking distance! The space The house has been entirely designed so that young and old immediately feel at home there: • The Living Room (The heart of the house): Make yourself comfortable for a movie night (TV, home cinema, DVD/CD players, Wi-Fi). You can also enjoy the bar area with its tall stools for convivial aperitifs. • The Dining Room: A large, welcoming table for long meals shared together. • The XL Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking delicious meals (combination stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large American fridge with freezer). For your smooth mornings: pod coffee maker and kettle available. 🛏️ The sleeping area (3 spacious and cozy bedrooms) Travel light! Important note: The hot tub is currently undergoing technical maintenance. It works but in a somewhat temperamental/partial way at the moment.
