Room w. king-sized bed in central terraced house

Welcome to our home! The room is quiet. It has a UK King-sized bed. Tea, some snacks, towels and slippers are provided. It takes about 20 mins walking to Princes Street, 10 mins to Leith Walk and 5 mins to Broughton Street, with lots of cafés, shops and bus and tram connections nearby, incl. to the airport. Our short term let licence number is EH-78568-F (this is a legal requirement for all listings!). We and our two pet rabbits, Thea and Talvi, love living here and hope you like it, too! The space We live in a small, terraced house. The ground floor consists of the living room and kitchen, which has access to the enclosed back garden. Upstairs, there is our bedroom, the guest bedroom (where you would be staying) and the shared bathroom. Guest access We ask that guests generally restrict their use of the house to the guest bedroom and bathroom. We have provided some snacks, a kettle, tea, cups and water for the the room. If you need to use the kitchen and/or living room, please ask us for permission in advance of using them.
