Cozy and clean 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home only 2.4 miles from campus. Split level with multiple large areas for entertainment and relaxation. A short walk from a few beautiful parks and a short drive or uber ride from multiple restaurants. Large fenced-in yard with a deck and grill, spacious living room (equipped with smart lights, giant TV, and tons of games), plenty of space for hanging out, prepping food, and having fun. Great neighborhood and plenty of parking in driveway and on street. The space This space is clean and modern with numerous locations to hang out and play games. We are big technology fans, so you'll find all sorts of fun things to play around with while you are here -- from smart lights, to audio systems, and a big TV perfect for watching the game. Our family takes COVID seriously, and we have prepared a clean home for you. We are happy to talk over any concerns, and would like for you to feel comfortable and safe while you’re at our home. Coming for a PSU football game? We're happy to lend you our tailgating chairs, a table, and games, so long as you take good care of them. We've also got a grill on the property as well as a large yard that are absolutely perfect for hanging out and entertaining before exploring the town. NOTE: We have moved around some of the rooms in our home, and the photos are not up-to-date. We will provide up-to-date photos at request. We think you’ll find the changes to improve your stay/the overall look :) Traveling with kids? We have pack and plays and a bassinet available on request, as well as other things that might be helpful (e.g. high chair, stroller, etc). Guest access Negotiable. This listing is for the entire house (minus one area that will be locked and contain our personal items). If you are interested in renting only a portion of the house for a reduced price, just let us know! We are open to discussing.
