The Fold luxury cabin is the perfect place to enjoy some country calm on a non-working farm surrounded by meadows, orchard and mountain views. An ideal base for walks & cycle rides from the gate, excellent nearby pubs and fab tourist attractions. Visit nearby Oldfield Forge or Under-the-Nut Tree, along the lane. The space The Fold is fully equipped for a relaxed and cosy stay winter or summer. Centrally heated living/bedroom area (one double bed), kitchen area and separate ensuite shower room with toilet, basin, heated towel rails. A two-seater sofa with footstools, dining table and two chairs in the living area with a selection of books, games and art/creative materials to help you wind down and relax. Guests love our special attention to detail, including a complementary bottle of golden artisan Herefordshire apple juice or cider with every stay. They also love the luxury 100% linen sheets, wool-filled duvet and pillows (plus feather pillows too). French doors open onto a small veranda area with two chairs overlooking newly planted orchard, wildflower meadow and wide open countryside views, an amazing spot to take a relaxed morning coffee, or evening glass of wine. The private fenced courtyard area, complete with fire pit, BBQ, picnic table, loungers, and festoon lighting, provides a romantic spot for al fresco dining (winter or summer). Outdoor cushions, blankets, logs and charcoal for the fire, and picnic equipment are all at hand. The Fold has everything you need to self-cater, including an induction hob, combination microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, crockery, washing up liquid, tea towels, and cloths, as well as tea bags, coffee, and milk to make a nice warm drink on arrival. A treat experience to make your autumn/winter stay one you'll find hard to forget (from £35 per head) SUMMER PICNIC EXPERIENCE: A real ‘Cider with Rosie' moment: picnic basket brimming with lovely local food, a chilled bottle of local golden Herefordshire cider with a rug and bunting spread out in the meadow. Other things to note We have welcomed guests to The Fold for a few years, though relatively new to AirBnB. We take great care to do all we can to ensure our guests enjoy relaxed and memorable stays. The Fold is kept spotlessly clean and well resourced. The majority of our guests are respectful of this, leaving it as close to how they found it when they leave. We are grateful for this because it helps us keep the rental cost as low as possible. A small selection of teabags, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, vinegar, herbs and spices, plus milk are supplied.
