The Bee Creek Backyard Bungalow is conveniently located in downtown College Station right next to Bee Creek Park. Super quiet / chill neighborhood with laundry / kitchen / restroom in main house. Private remodeled room in detached garage w/ window-unit A/C and ceiling fan to keep guests cool or warm (this is Texas, could switch any moment ya'll!). Sleeping, working, eating, and Netflix and chill areas all inclusive. Nice bathroom in main house accessible by key and welcome to use kitchen. The space The room has a queen bed, a desk, a living area with sectional sleeper sofa / TV. Can sleep up to 3 comfortably. Guest access Driveway reserved for owner of the home (single car driveway , sorry!) but street parking is plentiful. Walking distance to groceries, parks, and campus. During your stay I’m available at the house (usually when not traveling). Guests can also reach me via app messaging or personal phone number.
