You'll love this small cozy cottage located in a peaceful neighborhood tucked in a wooded area. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home away from home! We are 7 minutes from downtown Forest City. 12 minutes from TIEC, 20 minutes to Shelby, 1 hour to Asheville, and many beautiful mountains, waterfalls, and outdoor activities! 5 minutes away, you can find an Ingles supermarket with a Starbucks in it, Walmart, ALDI, and plenty more convenient stores. The space The kitchen is fully equipped with all the things you’ll need such as a Keurig coffee maker, coffee (k-cups), dinnerware, cookware, toaster, blender....etc. We have a GRILL.!!!. You can dine in, and avoid restaurants or eat out by the fire pit! :) After a nice day out, you can enjoy your evening on the porch listening to the birds or inside catching up on your favorite TV show. We provide Cable as well as Netflix. Our queen bed will give you a good night's rest to wake up the next day feeling ready for a new adventure. In the bathroom, you’ll find clean towels, hand soap, and toiletries in case you forgot yours. In case you need to do a wash, we provide a washer and dryer for your convenience. Detergent is included for short-term rentals. And for an extra fixture, you’ll have a small room with a utility sink. If you’re traveling with family or friends and want to stay near each other, but not in the same house, we have another cottage on the same property. We’ll be happy to send you the link for that cottage. Relax in the evening outside by the fire pit. Dimmable lights will keep the light just right for the perfect atmosphere. Firewood included. PET FEE: When you select that you’re bringing a pet, you’ll be charged $40 but if you’re staying for more than 7 days, we’ll send you a money request according to the amount of days you’ll be staying with us. PET FEE price breakdown: 2-7 days= $40 7-14 days= $50 14-21 days= $60 21-28 days= =$70 The price is for 1-2 dogs. (Max of 2 dogs). Access to the driveway is through a nice and quiet neighborhood street. The driveway is shared by 1 other Haynes cottages. There is a numerical key code lock to get in. That way you never have to worry about lost keys. The key code to get in as well as the internet password will be provided after you book your stay. Other things to note We accept long terms.
