Welcome to the workshop! 20 m2 studio, completely renovated, in the quiet of one of the main streets of the Marx Dormoy district. The workshop overlooks a wooded courtyard. 3 min walk from Marx Dormoy metro, 12 min from La Chapelle metro and Gare du Nord, it is conveniently located for visiting Paris and getting to the airport. The space Living room (with sofa bed), desk, equipped kitchenette, separate bathroom with large walk-in shower and mezzanine bed make up the accommodation, which can accommodate up to 4 people. The studio is ideal for a couple or family with 2 children. Guest access You have access to the whole studio. During your stay I'm available by phone and via the Airbnb app if you have any questions or need anything during your stay. I live in the building, so I can come meet you easily. Other things to note Sheets, towels, shower gel, coffee, tea and a kitchen base are at your disposal. The studio is equipped with a fridge and all the necessary amenities to cook. The sofa is convertible, which can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
