Oxbow Riverfront Cabin 🌿 Prime Riverfront Location – Nestled directly on the Skykomish River with stunning waterfront views. 🏔️ Breathtaking Mt. Index Views – Best enjoyed on clear days! 😉 🕯️Relaxation & Comfort – Gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs, hot tub, and indoor wood stove (starter logs provided; bring extra for multiple fires). 🛏️ Cozy Sleeping Spaces – 2 beautiful bedrooms + loft: *Main bedroom: King bed with a premium Helix mattress. *Guest bedroom: Queen bed. *Loft: Queen bed (steep stairs—may not be suitable for all). 🏡 Modern Amenities – 1 bathroom with heated floors, washer & dryer, towels, linens, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. 🧑‍🍳Fully-Stocked Kitchen – Equipped with a toaster, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, waffle maker, spices, Keurig & drip coffee maker. 🛋️ Inviting Living Space – Beautifully decorated family room with scenic views and direct access to the hot tub & patio. ♟️Entertainment & Essentials – Board games for cozy nights in. 💡Reliable Power Backup – On-demand generator (please note: as we are on a community well, water is unavailable during power outages). Guest access Guests will have full access to the cabin Other things to note * Heads up! The loft bedroom is accessed via a steep ladder, which may not be suitable for everyone. *Just a friendly note: We're part of a private riverfront gated community, so you'll have neighbors nearby. *Embracing Nature: While our pest control company works hard to keep pests away, there's always a chance you might come across one during your stay as we are in the woods in nature. Please note this before booking. *Safety first! Rivers can be unpredictable, so please exercise extreme caution (use at your own risk) when near the water. *Refreshing well: Our well water may have a faint mineral smell, but rest assured, it's absolutely safe. *The cabin does not have AC. We have a quite a few trees that add shade at the cabin as well as extra fans in the family room, bedrooms and loft. *In the winter months our neighborhood roads are well-plowed. But during a storm it can take some time to plow the roads. We recommend All-wheel drive and 4-wheel drive vehicles or bringing chains as we cannot predict snow & ice storms. Given we are in a remote mountain area, these storms can also cause power outages which are out of our control. *We do have an on-demand backup generator for the cabin's electricity, but because we are on a community well if the power goes out there is not water.
