Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., the outdoor pool will be available for use April through October. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking. Please note that the additional charges may be incurred for excessive use of gas during cooler weather. Cleanings during a guest's stay are not included in the cost of utilities. All reservations longer than two weeks must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. The cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking. Events are prohibited unless express approval is provided.
