Our newly updated "Surf Shack" is a stylish surf themed "beach retreat", hear the waves, just yards from the dunes and sandy beaches. This charming cottage condo is one-level on the second floor. Perfect for the business traveler, singles, couples, or a small family. The location is a few minutes walk to restaurants / bars, parks and shopping. The space It's a bright and airy second floor condo and serves perfectly for 1 - 3 people or for business travel! It is decorated in a "surf shack" style, and has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a comfy sofa in the living room. There is designated parking, two community pools, two smart televisions, wifi internet and a fully quipped kitchen. Kitchen has a full-size range & refrigerator, microwave, dishes, cooking utensils and coffee maker. There are bath towels, beach chairs and beach toys for you to use. It's a quiet complex for you to enjoy and we ask that guests are respectful of the neighbors. No other guests than those that are registered please. If you are looking for a place to retreat to after a day out and about seeing the sights and enjoying all that the Space Coast has to offer, then our little place is ideal. You can relax in our comfortable getaway a block and a half to the beach. Cape Canaveral is located between Port Canaveral (a five minute drive north) where there are restaurants serving fresh fish, bars, seafood markets and of course the cruise ships coming and going, and Cocoa Beach (a five minute drive south) with the famous Ron Jon Surf Shop and Cocoa Beach pier with restaurants and bars. There are so many things to do in the area such as fishing, miniature golf, surfing, river eco-tours where you can catch a glimpse of the manatee and dolphins. The location is not only close to the cruise terminals, but also Victory Casino Cruise and Kennedy Space Center. In fact, you may be able to view a rocket launch from the beach. Also short drives away are air boat rides and the Brevard Zoo with its Tree Top zip line, as well as unique Cocoa Village. Cape Canaveral is an easy 45 minute drive on the Beachline (SR528) from Orlando International Airport, and approximately an hour from all the Disney attractions in Orlando.
