You'll love this very peaceful, modest and cozy retro Ski Chalet style home conveniently located to everything FUN!! The space Mellow, easy mountain living & access at the Sholan Chalet home. The Sholan home was originally built in 1979 as a family's 2nd home and retains its secure, homey feel with convenient updates added. Guest access Guests have access to the full 2 story home with 2 bedrooms upstairs including full Size beds, a full shared bathroom upstairs, open air TV room overlooking the open floor plan downstairs including a full galley kitchen with all amenities, a dining area and sitting area with a large sectional couch in front of a soapstone woodstove. Guests also have access to a full bathroom downstairs with laundry. Easily access the fenced backyard with the bonfire pit through the walkout garage to enjoy the spacious yard to view the VT night sky. Good idea in the summer months to have some of your favorite bug spray or cintranella candles till the temps drop and the misquitoes go in for the evening. Other things to note The private road is a fairly steep hill and bumpy, not ideal for low sports car. Driveway & Sholan Road will be plowed during SNOWY WINTER SEASON but GOOD WINTER TIRES WITH FRONT WHEEL, ALL-WHEEL OR 4-WHEEL DRIVE ARE REQUIRED.
