Charming cottage in Normandy

Our cottage is located 1 hour and 40 minutes from Paris in the village of Saint-Georges du Vièvre, in the Eure. The house, very quiet because it is located in the middle of the fields, can offer up to 8 beds spread over 4 bedrooms. A wooded garden of about 2500 m² with deckchairs, poufs and outdoor table for meals will allow you to enjoy beautiful sunny days. Ideal for families, this fully equipped house is located close to tourist places. A barbecue is available, as well as a ping-pong table or a secure trampoline for children at the back of the house. 3 adult bikes (including one with baby seat) and 4 children's bikes are also available. The house has on the ground floor a large fully equipped kitchen-dining room (5-burner gas stove and electric oven, microwave, various appliances), laundry room (washing machine, dryer), bathroom (bathtub and shower), 2 toilets and living room with large fireplace. Upstairs, 3 adult beds with double beds (160 cm), 1 children's room with 2 single beds (90 cm) and 1 unfurnished room where there is the possibility of storing mattresses on the floor (2 mattresses available if necessary). Please note: bed linen and towels are not included. Possible for an extra charge.
