Excellent fiber optic internet also available for those looking to work remotely. This home is nestled amongst the jungle's edge above a picturesque and peaceful river with your very own river access via built-in flower-lined steps directly from the house to the river. Enjoy peace and privacy in nature as you relax and renew in this lovely mold-free home. The outdoor living area and hammock are a great place to decompress and integrate after enjoying a day at the beach, hiking, visiting local waterfalls, or attending a retreat. Watch the stars from the comfort of your matrimonial-sized bed, or work remotely with reliable high-speed fiber internet.  This house has everything you need for a relaxed Costa Rican experience. The home has a full kitchen with all new appliances: fridge, gas range stove/oven, air fryer, blender, rice cooker, electric kettle, and coffee maker. There is on-demand hot water running throughout the house, and great water pressure in the incredible open-air shower. The home has a natural breeze flowing through, and also equipped with fans on each floor, as well as a recently installed air conditioning unit to keep extra cool. Your riverside jungle oasis is located in a quiet and highly-desirable neighborhood within the village of Ojochal, with plenty of trails to hike or enjoy brid watching nearby.  You will have access to the entire property. I live nearby and available to assist if help is needed A car is recommended, and there is 1 covered parking area on site. Additional parking is also available on the driveway. We suggest having a car to easily get back and forth to the beach and local restaurants and attractions. There is a covered carport for 1 vehicle and additional parking available on the property as well. 4x4 is not required to get to the property, but AWD would be useful to make it up the driveway. Please note this casa is not suitable for children with the elevated balcony as well as loft area. Also, the stairs leading to the loft are steep and may not be suitable for all.
