Exceptional 180-degree sea view from the main living room (50 m2 living-dining room) and terrace (20 m2). Ideal location: access to Sangatte beach (fine sand and cliffs) in 3 min walk, the start of the GR Cap Blanc-Nez in front of the Villa! The surf at high tide, the sunset over the sea seen from the living room (between March and October). The signature sites and villages of Cap Blanc-Nez and Cap Gris-Nez are just a stone's throw away: the villages of Escales (3 min), Wissant (10 min), Audresselles (17 min), Ambleteuse (20 min), Wimereux (25 min). By the beautiful road that follows the seaside or by the A16 highway. Le Touquet and Hardelot are 45 minutes away. We thought of this house as a family vacation home (we come here often). All with a level of comfort and premium services for family moments (beds prepared on arrival, enclosed garden when you are not at the beach or on a walk) or with friends. Guest access Access to private parking (3 cars) Access to the ground floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms Access to 1st floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, toilet Access to R+2 not permitted (storage area for our private belongings) Other things to note The Villa has 4 bedrooms, ideal for: - 8 adults max, - or 6 adults + 3/4 children, - or 4 adults + 5/6 children, etc. Indeed there are 3 bedrooms with a 160 bed each and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (140 cm + 90 cm). A mattress for a child can be added in the room with the bunk bed. 1 baby crib is available on request.
