The space The apartment is situated within the spacious and iconic Cairns Aquarius complex. It has access to two in-ground pools, an outdoor spa, tennis court, a covered BBQ area, secure basement car park (for one small-sized vehicle), and a protected foyer entry with elevators. At the doorstep of Aquarius is the beautiful Cairns Esplanade - the city's beating heart. Excellent cuisine, cafes, bars, markets, shops, tour operators, the Esplanade Lagoon swimming facility and Marlin Marina, are just a short stroll away. Other things to note CAR PARKING: The apartment has one secure single-car park suitable for small-sized vehicle only. The car park is 5500mm long by 2500mm wide, and the narrowest point going into it between the columns is 2350mm. Please note large SUVs (4WDs) do not fit however, there are free visitor parking spots to the rear of the complex (available first come first served). There is also off-street parking on Abbott Street and on the Esplanade (some parking charges may apply). (Please note the owner's scooter will be parked at the front of the car park.) NON-SMOKING: This is a non-smoking apartment, including the balcony area. LUGGAGE STORAGE: Please note that no luggage storage is available before or after check-in/out. You may wish to consider using off site luggage storage services - such as 'Bounce’ or ‘Stasher' - which is located a block back from the Aquarius complex on Lake Street.
