Welcome to our family cottage, nestled in the heart of the Domaine des Pins d'Or in Bias, in the Landes forest and just 5 km from the beautiful wild beach of Lespecier. A small cocoon designed for vacations with family, couples or groups of friends, where you can enjoy nature, the pools and the spa of the estate, while having your own fully enclosed outdoor space. You will also find a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a new, fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. The bedding, kitchen and dishes have been renewed to offer you maximum comfort. The cottage is also equipped with air conditioning, fiber optic internet and TV. This is one of the great pleasures of our cottage. You have two outdoor spaces: * a 15 m² (161 sq ft) covered terrace with an outdoor table and a plancha; * a second 25 m² terrace on the garden side with deckchairs and garden furniture. All of this overlooks a fully enclosed landscaped property, which is particularly appreciated when staying with kids or with your dog. Breakfast in the sun, lunch on the plancha, a nap on the deckchairs or an aperitif at the end of the day: here, we also spend a lot of time outside. Pools, spa and relaxation During your stay, you have access to the amenities of Domaine des Pins d'Or, including: * outdoor heated pool in season * spa area with indoor pool, sauna, hammam and Jacuzzi; * Tennis Court * pétanque court. For those who want to go even further in relaxation or sports, the estate also offers, for an additional fee, a well-being area, a fitness room, massages, sports coaching, and group classes. The ocean 5 km away Just 5 km away, discover Lespecier Beach, a magnificent wild beach on the Landes coast. Ocean, long sandy beaches, pine forest, bike rides, surfing, or simply relaxing: you are at the heart of everything that makes the Landes so charming. A holiday designed for families In July and August, Domaine des Pins d'Or offers many free activities: * sports activities; * water aerobics and strength training; * scavenger hunts for children; * pool games; * ping pong, tennis and petanque tournaments; * themed evenings, blind tests and karaoke. Other activities are also organized during certain school holidays, including Halloween and Easter. Something to keep the kids busy... and allow parents to fully enjoy the vacation. Dogs are welcome Because they are also part of the family, dogs are accepted in our cottage, with a limit of one large dog or two small dogs. The fully enclosed grounds are particularly convenient for enjoying the outdoor spaces with your companion in peace. A laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer is also available on the property. Our wish: that you can put your bags down, disconnect, and fully enjoy a few days in the heart of the Landes, between the ocean, forest, swimming pools, and relaxation. Guest access The cottage is classified as a 2-star furnished tourist accommodation. The property is fully at your disposal during your stay. Check-in is between 4pm and 8pm, and check-out is before 10am. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by our Channel Manager, who will hand you the keys and help you settle into the cottage. Other things to note Services and options Available options • Towel kit: €11 per kit • Bed linen kit: €16 per kit • Baby kit: €40 • Dogs are welcome: €35 per week per dog (1 large dog or 2 small dogs maximum) • Electric vehicle charging via a reinforced Green'Up outlet: €15 for a 2-night stay or €50 per week, with unlimited charging for the duration of the stay Please notify us before your arrival if you would like to take advantage of one of these options. Cleaning and deposits The cottage must be left clean and tidy at the end of the stay. All the necessary cleaning products and equipment are available in the accommodation. If you prefer to enjoy your vacation until the last moment, you can choose the end-of-stay cleaning package as an option for €100. The welcome is provided by our Channel Manager. A deposit of €300 for the cottage and €100 for cleaning will be required according to the terms provided for your stay. Activities and wellness Several additional services are offered on the property or nearby: fitness area, personal coaching and group lessons, wellness area and massages, bike rental, surf lessons, tree climbing, mini golf, and yoga.
