Welcome to this bright 20 sqm room for temporary living in the middle of Karlsruhe Weststadt. Long-term stays welcome. The kitchen has a balcony, with seating area for breakfast. After checking in, we will be happy to provide an apartment provider confirmation. Within walking distance are supermarkets & dm-drogerie. In front of the house are numerous S-Bahn lines & buses. The guests in the other 3 rooms are working or students in the internship phase and are happy about nice, respectful residents The space You are living in an Airbnb community with three other residents. Everyone has their own private room. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with the others. Included in the price is a cleaning service every 14 days through our cleaning pearl for the shared areas bathroom, kitchen and hallway. During the week in between, the responsibility for cleaning rotates between the residents. A starter set of toilet paper is provided by us at the beginning. Since we only have guests with long-term stays, the residents organize everything else independently. Also look at our description of the neighborhood, there will be the other rooms of the apartment, if you want to book another period, for example. And there are other apartments, whose rooms you can also find there. During your stay I am almost always available to you via email, WhatsApp or phone, but I live 30 minutes away. We have a WhatsApp task force group for each apartment with my 3 helpers and the current residents for easier communication 😊 You will see a helper once a week.
