In the semi-basement level of the apartment there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the second with a large double bed, as well as a second bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Both bedrooms on the ground floor have large frontal balcony windows with access to the rear basement porch and backyard of the house. The BBQ area under the shady canopy has a large dining table for relaxing during the hot time of the day and for romantic dinners in the yard. The apartment has two parking spaces. The apartment is equipped with all necessary household appliances: – air conditioners in each bedroom and in the living room, 2 TV, good Wi-FI, mosquito nets, constantly hot water, iron and board, washing machine, hair dryer in each bathroom, balcony furniture, bedding linen and towels, also towels for the pool.
