This private oasis is perfect for having evening BBQ's and enjoying a drink on your deck. The beach is a little over a mile away and only a half mile to the coast. Nearby Tennis courts, playgrounds, mini-golf, restaurants and nightlife makes for a perfect vacation! A Perfect place to stay when you're in town to see the RI Philharmonic on Narragansett beach, Newport Jazz Fest, Newport Folk fest or just to practice your surfing and fishing in Narragansett this summer :) Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property and its outdoor spaces. Other things to note This little cottage is located about 200 feet from the property line and surrounded by woods on all sides. There is very minimal white noise in the deck area from cars on the road. Please note, due to this property being situated in a serene woodsy setting, it might not always be the right choice for people with allergies or lung sensitivity issues.
