We live on site and there are 4 apartment-gites. Inside you have a common area with a sofa area and a stove (wonderful for winter evenings), a pool table and a foosball table. You access it via a classic staircase without difficulty and you have a railing if needed. It is independent of the owners' apartment. Your breakfast will be left at your door in a picnic basket and you can have it whenever you want, in the room or outside if the weather permits...
