Sit out on the patios of the wineries or restaurants along the path or check out more excitement watching locals and pros surf the waves at the various man-made wave machines on the river. Or get adventurous yourself and SUP or kayak on the lazy river in Esther Simplot Park, just across the bridge or float the Boise River. The Villa is only a short 25 min bike ride to BSU or 9 minute drive by car! And, walk 4 blocks to Clairvoyant Brewery where you can sit outside on their patio and chat with new friends in this neighborhood bar! Plus, we are just 5 minutes from the quaint downtown district and 10 minutes from the laid back vibe of the Northend suburb. and Hyde Park. Or, just spend your days floating in our saltwater pool or enjoying the occasional dip in our hot tub on our secluded patio, located right off the living room. Outdoors: The Villa is located at the end of the driveway and right behind our smaller connected cottage listing. You access the property through the black/glass front door at the end of the driveway by walking down the flagstone patio steps to the front door. There is a self-check-in lockbox. The driveway is parking for the Villa with two designated parking spaces. Street parking is free and readily available. We provide 5 cruiser bikes with night lights, bike locks, bells and helmets. Bringing your own toys? We have storage space to store your bikes during your stay. Entryway: Once inside the glass front door, you will be in our open concept living room, featuring a wood bench alcove to the left of the front door to remove shoes and a welcoming coat rack to throw your coat, which won't be needed compliments of Boise's 200+ days of sunshine! The living room: This open concept room features a comfortable sectional couch, two plush leather armchairs for you to curl up in after a long day of exploring the Greenbelt. The flooring is architecturally designed cement and your eye is immediately drawn to the multiple glass sliding doors leading out to our saltwater pool. The room is awash with light coming from the recessed lighting lining the ceiling over the couch. A 58-inch flat screen television to enjoy shows with your Netflix or Hulu subscription or local channels with the provided antenna offers your evening entertainment. Heating/air conditioning is provided by central HVAC. For all your electronic surfing needs, we offer 1 GB per sec. up/down fiber optic internet speed. The dining room: Relax around your table in the dining room seating 6. Your table is located right off the slider to the pool to benefit from the all day sunshine and view of the turquoise water. Our oversized sliding glass door exit is equipped with roller shades when you need those closed for movie watching or privacy! Pantry: Off the back of the kitchen is our pantry featuring owner's closet. A stackable washer/dryer is provided for laundry needs plus basic cleaning supplies including broom, dustpan, mop and snow shovel. An ironing board and iron are located in the pantry, if you need to look nice for an event or a work meeting. The downstairs half bathroom: Features floating sink and white ceramic toilet. Fixtures are done in black and green accents bring in the color. The location is right inside the sliding glass doors for that quick dash out of the pool. Plus, notice the local macrame wall hanging on display on the wall! Kitchen: Glass slider doors lead to the patio just past the dining room table. Gas griddle stove, tall black kitchen cupboards and black hardware accent the mid modern style of the kitchen. You have a cooking island seating 4 with black wrought iron bar stools, plus dining table for 6. Your kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, basic cooking supplies and condiments, local coffee from. Push and Pour Coffee Shop, tea and a coffee pot plus gas oven, microwave, toaster, & Ninja. Dishes for 10, including plates, bowls, mugs, wine glasses and placemats make it easy to eat at home. Plus, children's dinnerware is provided for the little ones in your group. Your black refrigerator comes furnished with La Croix water, creamer for coffee and basic spices are provided. Coffee pot, local Push and Pour coffee, microwave and juicer are provided. Directly behind the pantry is the back deck door, where the cement eating bar with swing seating is ready for outdoor entertainment! Your patio: Accessed through tall sliders off the dining room or to through door off the back of the Villa is the outdoor gas fire pit, just waiting for marshmallow roasting. The 10 foot x 24 foot pool is featured along the length of the patio with the hot tub at the far end. Our pool has a large shallow area for children to splash about safely and is just 4 feet in depth in other areas. After pool and hot tub time, rinse off in the outdoor shower, dry off and relax in the private hammock. Our backyard is fully fenced for your little ones security or your dog playing after enjoying a frolic the side dog run. Master bedroom: Upstairs on the back end of the Villa and quiet and inviting, the nicely sized master features a closet with hangers enough for all your outfits, plus pack n play for your kids/grandkids. The boho themed room is styled with whites, blush and green accent colors and Scandinavian furniture. Two end tables, one with a sound machine/diffuser and the other stylishly appointed with knickknacks are on each side of the Nectar memory foam mattress California king size bed. Piled high with pillows, it is perfect for diving into after your walk along the Greenbelt or mountain hike. Reading sconces are on each side of the bed. Your bedroom walk-in closet includes a full-length mirror and luggage rack, along with a shelving system for hanging clothes. Top down-bottom up shades block out the light for sleeping and allow you the opportunity to let in the morning sunshine! Our master suite also includes an exercise room featuring a Climbr machine, yoga mats and free style weights plus exercise bands/straps and a mini-fridge, stoked with sparking waters. Master bath: This luxurious bathroom is appointed with walk-in shower with grey tile. White toilet and vanity with black hardware and grey marbled top completes the room with green accents adding a splash of color. Plus, we feature skin care from the local brick and mortar store "Skin Owl" to try while you are staying at the villa with a custom discount code just for our guests if you would like to have some shipped home. Plus, all the hair tools, including curling iron and hair dryer from the T3 company. Upstairs guest bedroom: Located at the front of the villa, this room is decorated in greens and grays and features a Nectar memory foam queen mattress, a closet with hangers and white top down/bottom up shades also provide darkness in the room for a great night's sleep. Plus, heating and air conditioning is provided through our ductless system. Bohemian style black end tables are on each side of the bed and also feature a sound machine/diffuser with essential oils. Two bedside lamp providing reading in bed options. This room hosts a luggage rack and mid and a tri-fold floor mattress is in the closet for extra sleeping options. Relax in the cozy chair provided to finish that vacation book! Bunk bed room: Directly at the top of the stairs, this third bedroom is furnished with a full size bunk on the bottom and also full size bed on top for another couple or four children. The vibe in this room is rust, caramel and white colors with black accents. This room features a fun fluffy chair for the kids and mid modern artwork, plus small storage chest with games. Plus the bottom bed features a Purple mattress and pillow set! Upstairs guest bathroom: This bathroom features a tub/shower with black accents and bohemian black fringe shower curtain. The vanity floats on the wall and the floor tile is a calming black pattern. Splashes of green accent throughout the room and our tile floors are heated for your ultimate comfort! The loft area upstairs is situated in between the bedrooms and has a comfy chair, fluffy rug and pouf for putting your feet up with side table desk plus floor lamp! Perfect for those that need a comfy place to sit and work while on vacation! And waiting right there is our provided Lyric massage gun to massage those tired neck muscles after a hard day at the office and Molekule Mini Air filter for optimum air environment. Activities at the Villa: Swimming and hot tubbing, of course. But, your stay is also enhanced by a variety of board games, croquet and shuffleboard out on the long lawn behind the pool, marshmallow roasting and yoga with provided yoga mats. We are in a quiet and quaint family neighborhood with free parking located on the street. The Boise Greenbelt includes 25+miles of paved pathways connecting many public parks, downtown, East and West Boise, continuing all the way out to Eagle and Lucky Peak Recreation area. The hip North End suburb of Boise is a short 3 miles away with it's small retail boutiques and coffee shops with outdoor patios, including fireplaces for the occasional chilly night hang out! Your Villa reservation comes with 5 bikes, including helmets, lights and locks for exploring! Uber services are reliable in Boise! Parking is readily available and unrestricted in our neighborhood. The Villa can be joined together with our Boise Whitewater Cottage property for larger group rental. The Cottage is a 2 bedroom/1 bath property. That larger property is advertised on Airbnb as the Boise Whitewater GrandeVilla and features some of the same pictures of the Villa, but with different pricing. The driveway is reserved for the Villa. Cottage guests can use it to unpack their belongings on arrival if unoccupied but are then requested to immediately move their vehicles to the free and unrestricted street parking, located right in front of the property. Cottage guests are advised to keep their pantry door closed on other side of the pass though door so noise doesn't carry. If you experience any discomfort with noise, please let us know and we will remind cottage guests to keep that door closed. We are a quiet neighborhood. Please keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Any complaints from neighbors regarding noise are grounds for your reservation to be terminated without a refund. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. No video recordings are taken. We have a ring doorbell on the front doors. If you have any questions, please ask. It is always on. No cameras are in the common areas. Outside rope lights are on timers and will shut off at 10pm. Disabling the timers will result in a $100 charge. Please use only the solar lights on fence by fire pit after 10pm. Our dog run is located to the right of the property. Doggy bags are provided for your convenience. Please pick up after your pet. Our bikes and outside games are located in the storage shed to the right of the outdoor kitchen. It opens by pulling on the left side. We offer 5 bikes, helmets, locks and nightlights. Our pool and yard maintenance technicians access the back yard every week via the side fence.
