Centrally located so you can explore all KC World Cup activities, Royals, Country Club Plaza, Westport, Union Station, TMobile, Crown Center, Power & Light, and museums! The space - 3 bedroom (two on main floor, one upstairs) - 2 bathroom (one on main floor, one in basement) - Full kitchen, living room, coffee room, dining room, screened porch, fenced backyard (main level) - laundry room (in basement) Guest access Guests use the entire home! Other things to note - Our 90 year old historic home was built in 1935 and is full of charm and character- the beautiful original hardwood floors may creek and squeak and a few bedroom doorknobs are wobbly. License Number: WWR-000062 - You may request early check-in or late check-out if available for $30 an hour extra. - Our 3rd bedroom is upstairs and in the Kansas winter and summer gets colder/warmer than the other rooms . We do have an individual heater/air conditioner for that room. Ceiling is 6 feet in that room. - Our 2nd bathroom and laundry is located in the basement, the door for those stairs is right off the kitchen. - Login to your own TV apps on our Apple TV & we are logged into a few for you to use! - Gardener may come to mow front and back lawn 1x during your visit. *NO more than 6 guests in our home. *NO pets!!! *NO parties, events, glitter or confetti!!! Our city has STRICT guidelines and we are NOT allowed more than 6 registered guests in the home! A $700 fine will be enforced if broken. *NO more than 3 cars allowed. *NO smoking, vaping, or illegal substances! $700 fine will be charged.
