You are walking distance to Old Market, Centurylink Center, TD Ameritrade Ballpark, and spectacular restaurants, museums, and nightlife. You are a very short drive to Henry Doorly Zoo and Lauritzen Gardens. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. The upstairs bedroom is the largest of the three rooms. It has a queen bed and an attached bath that opens to the bedroom and to the upstairs common area. The other two bedrooms are both downstairs and a bit smaller. One room has a full-sized bed and the other room has a twin daybed. There is a couch in the downstairs common area. There is another full bath downstairs as well as a laundry room. This is a rental for the entire home. Guests will have access to the whole space with their own coded entry. ***PLEASE BE AWARE*** This is a free-standing single-family home. It is located near three other smaller single-family homes. Please see the last two pictures of the listing. This home is the front house on the left. Please be aware of this when booking. You will receive an email shortly after booking on how to check-in, including Wi-Fi and all other pertinent details. To respect your privacy we will not bother you after check-in unless you need us. A charming, well-established neighborhood that is currently undergoing quite a modernization. It is an urban neighborhood centrally located downtown. There is usually ample street parking in front of the home. There is always a parking spot in front of the sidewalk. You are free to use that space anytime it is open. You are walking distance to Old Market and The River Front. Also a short Uber ride away from Midtown and Blackstone district. Archetype is a great coffee shop within walking distance. It is about a mile, but it is a little hilly. Olsen’s has the best doughnuts and is just a few blocks from the house. House Rules No parties or events. Guests must accurately count and register the number of people staying and are prohibited from hosting parties or events on the property. We reserve the right to refuse admission, and guests cannot use the property as a residence. Arrival/departure. Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and guests must leave the property by 11:00 am on the day of departure. If guests stay past 11:00 am, we may charge extra based on the current nightly rates. After check-out, our cleaners may enter the property to collect the guest’s belongings and prepare the room for the next guests. Noise. Please be respectful and considerate towards neighbors. Moderate the volume of conversations, TV, and music to avoid disturbing others. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Pets Pets are not allowed unless approved. Please always pick up after pets. We ask that you do not let pets on furniture and bedding. No Smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property. There is a significant room recovery fee for non-compliant guests to cover the cost of restoring the property to a smoke-free condition. It is also prohibited to have any weapon or illegal substance. Damages. Guests must pay for any damaged or missing items during their stay. Guests must also pay a service fee and shipping costs for forgotten items.
