Double room with a king-size bed, private bathroom, and air conditioning. It's great for couples! Smoking inside rooms is⚠️ forbidden. It is located on the UPPER FLOOR (access stairs) Share a very nice lounge equipped with hammocks, armchairs, Smart TV, and a work table to relax with board games or just listening to music. During the day there may be noise from the outside due to the proximity to the restaurant, but at night you can rest very well. The space The accommodation is located on the main street of La Punta Zicatela, one street away from the beach, bars, shops, and restaurants. We have a "Café Olé" Restaurant open to the public The property's common areas are open and exclusive to guests. We have a DJ Set during the day in the Restaurant area, so there will be music and more people there. (The restaurant is open to the general public from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Our space has been designed for you to enjoy a colorful and vibrant atmosphere steps from the sea! Guest access Guests have full access to common areas ( pool , Lounge and Terrace) during stipulated hours (8 Am to 10 Pm) ⚠️No visitors/guests are allowed Under-18s are ⚠️not allowed ⚠️No pets allowed ⚠️No parties inside the House. There is plenty of nightlife and a party atmosphere just steps from the property. Other things to note This room is located in a Guest House. The property has a "Cafe Ole" restaurant so there will be more people nearby (noise) and music during business hours. The Reception is open from 8:00 am - 10:00 pm (in person and remote) We do not have 24-hour reception. We have Dj sets from 9:00 am - 10:00 pm and in high season it can be extended until 12 am ⚠️It is not a place of spiritual retreat and absolute silence. There will be noise during the day coming from the restaurant and the street . It is an area with a lot of nightlife and atmosphere of Fiesta. Housekeeping is not provided daily; you can request it at the front desk before 12:00 pm by leaving your key at the front desk (if you feel it is necessary). At the Casa, we conserve resources and strive to minimize our environmental impact. After 12pm it will not be possible until the next day. Check out is before 12pm. If you need to stay longer, you can leave your luggage at the reception and continue using the bathrooms, common areas, and pool until your departure.
