Close to the lake and conducive to family reunions, Rose Doussard Studios offers a pleasant, perfectly equipped detached house with large garden and heated pool (May to September), 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets located in a quiet area between two cul-de-sacs in Doussard. Drop off your bags before diving into the pool and enjoy the beautifully flowered garden, surrounded by the beautiful mountains at the end of the lake. Relaxing or sporting holidays, a beautiful region awaits you. The space Ideal location 1 km from the center of Doussard (all shops), 350 m from the bike path and 2 km from the lake. Exceptional view of the surrounding mountains. The ideal choice for both relaxing and sporting vacations (hiking, biking, swimming, paragliding, water activities, golf, canyoning, fishing...) Note that the accommodation is designed to comfortably accommodate 14 people plus 1 baby or small child for a peaceful reunion, please respect the quietness of the neighborhood (no bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, noisy parties and late nights). This is our main residence that we rent out during the holidays. All beds are real beds (quality mattresses, no sofa beds) located in separate bedrooms. The beds will be prepared, you just need to arrive and put down your bags before diving into the pool and enjoying the beautifully flowered garden, surrounded by the beautiful mountains at the end of the lake. The house is designed to accommodate 14 people, the beds are adjustable depending on the composition of your group. We can thus provide 4 double bedrooms and 1 children's bedroom for example, or if some parents prefer to sleep in the same room as their child(ren), this is also possible, just organize the beds accordingly. On the ground floor: - Entrance with toilet and hand washbasin - Large, very bright living room (54 m2) overlooking the terrace and pool, with sitting area, dining room and kitchen (fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and central island for more conviviality, filter coffee maker, raclette machine, etc.) - Large garage to store your sports equipment safely (bicycles, paddles, paragliders, kites, golf), washing machine 1st floor: - BEDROOM 1: large studio-bedroom with its private bathroom, toilet and equipped kitchen, accommodating 4 to 5 people (1 double bunk bed 140 x 200, 3 twin beds 90 x 200 that can be modulated into 1 double bed 180 x 200 and 1 single bed), with balcony. Ideal for a children's room (5 children) - BEDROOM 2: large studio bedroom with its private bathroom, toilet and equipped kitchen, which can accommodate 2 people (double bed 180 x 200 that can be modulated into 2 single beds 90 x 200). Note that it is possible to transfer the single bed from bedroom 1 to bedroom 2 according to your needs, with balcony - BEDROOM 3: double bedroom with 180 x 200 bed - BEDROOM 4: bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 (can be modulated into 2 single beds of 90 x 200) and baby/child bed (removable barrier) - A large 12 m2 bathroom with shower and spa bath - 1 toilet with hand washbasin 2nd floor: - BEDROOM 5: attic bedroom with 3 beds (1 single child/teen mezzanine bed and 1 double bed on the floor 140 x 200 on a real mattress) with skylight. Can also be converted into a children's room instead of bedroom 1. Please note that we have a wooden baby (or small child) bed with removable barrier and a changing table that can be installed in any room. The person who will carry out the inventory is housed in a studio adjoining the house with private entrance, you will meet them upon arrival and departure only. Following previous incidents, we now ask for a photocopy of the identity documents of 2 travelers in the group, and we will ask you to sign our house rules committing you NOT TO ORGANIZE parties and to respect the rules of good neighborliness by limiting noise pollution (music, shouting, daytime or nighttime noise) between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. Sheets, towels and linen, and end-of-stay cleaning are provided and are to be added to the price of the stay. Please leave the house in a clean condition. If necessary, an additional cleaning fee will be requested during the exit inventory.
