This house was a one room school house in the 1850s that served local children. In the 1980s my grandmother converted the space into an art studio where she could create in private. I spent many summers here painting with my grandmother. Chester springs in a paradise just outside phoenixville, west chester, valley forge, and 50 minutes from Philadelphia. The main bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom attached. It is an open air space to the rest of the house. Upstairs there is a spiral staircase leading to the second bedroom which had a full bed. There is a living room with a queen size futon and half bath.
