The space This quiet and cozy space offers a private bedroom and full private bathroom, a kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker, an area to eat/work, and a closet for guest use. Your own private patio area with a table and seating for 2. Mini split offers your choice of room temperature!! For longer than a week rentals there is a $10 per week cleaning/ restocking fee and water bottles (3) and snacks (2) each time will be included with that fee. Guest access Guests can enjoy a private lighted walkway and enter the gate into a private patio where their room access is located at the blue handrail.
