The newly built apartment is modern, bright, clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Melbourne, including free secured parking. Situated only 10 mins away from Chadstone the Fashion Capital, and only a short 5 mins stroll to Koornang Rd where you will find restaurants and supermarkets. Melbourne cbd is just a short stones throw away with the train station just around the corner. Our newly built apartment was completed in 2023. It features warm timber flooring with light grey cabinetry and is flooded with natural light creating a very calm and cosy environment for your stay. The large floor to ceiling windows in the living area looks out to a newly landscaped garden bringing you closer to nature. It’s really quite peaceful to have the blinds all up. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave and gas stove. A toaster and kettle is also available along with all the basic essentials for you to prepare a home cooked meal. There are 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds, each bedroom will have their own seperate private bathroom and shower. There is also lots of closet space in both rooms and a walk in robe in the master room. A portacot and high chair can be arranged for your stay if needed. The vibrant street is filled with plenty dining options, major supermarkets and grocers. Only a short 4 mins drive away ( or Uber ride ) is Chadstone The Fashion Capital, one of the largest shopping centres in the southern hemisphere. Heading to the city - I highly recommend taking the train to avoid parking. Carnegie train station is 7 mins by foot and the train ride is a short 19 mins We ask that you please do not wear shoes in our apartment.
