You'll love this unique and romantic escape. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house. It is dedicated to adults only. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and throughout the garden. There is a smoking area outside in the courtyard. The entrance is in a charming cellar with exposed stone. Through a corridor you pass to other separate rooms: a bedroom equipped with every comfort and with the exit to the outdoor space where you will find a coffee table and two armchairs where smoking is strictly forbidden. The wardrobe compartment in which to store suitcases and clothing is equipped with hangers, an iron and a drying rack. In the kitchenette you will find many small appliances, an induction hob and a fridge useful for preparing quick meals. There is also coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, and bottled water already in the fridge. In the same room there is also the washer/dryer equipped with detergent dispenser and softener already included. Finally, a bathroom with a very large shower and a window, equipped with everything you need such as towels, bathrobes, soaps, shampoos, etc. During the summer months and in the heart of the Mediterranean garden, the swimming pool is at your disposal with deckchairs and a granite table nearby. Please leave the apartment as clean as it was when you arrived. If you don't have the desire or time to clean, just pay CHF 75, which is the equivalent of three hours of cleaning. In any case, the kitchen must be returned clean. Agarone can also be reached by public transport, and the bus passes near the house every half hour, allowing you to reach Locarno and other places without having to use the car. Guest access The swimming pool located in the garden is at your exclusive disposal, you have to reach it through two flights of stairs. The garden is rich in vegetation and maintains a natural, somewhat wild character. Smoking is prohibited. Other things to note The apartment is for adults only. We do not accept pets because we have a sensitive Pug and we do not want to disturb it. Smoking is only allowed in the dedicated space in the courtyard and not in the house or outside where there are armchairs, due to the many textiles inside the apartment where the smoke would enter. Violators will be required to pay a professional cleaning fee. The apartment must be returned in the same condition in which it was rented. If you don't want to clean or don't have time, just tell me at the beginning of your stay and leave CHF 75 for the exit cleaning. You can't even smoke in the garden because of the ease of fire. Silence must be respected at night from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
