This unique place is great for a romantic getaway. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house. It's only for adults. No smoking in the apartment and all garden. There's smoke space outside in the courtyard. The entrance is in a charming wine cellar with exposed stone. Through a corridor, you pass to other separate rooms: a bedroom equipped with every comfort and with an exit to the outdoor space where you will find a small table and two armchairs where smoking is strictly forbidden. The wardrobe compartment in which to store suitcases and clothing is equipped with hangers, an iron, and a drying rack. In the kitchenette you will find many small appliances, an induction hot plate and a fridge useful for preparing fast meals. There is also coffee, tea, salt, pepper, water in the bottles already in the fridge. In the same room is also the washer/dryer equipped with a detergent dispenser and fabric softener already included. Lastly, a bathroom with a very large shower and window equipped with everything you need such as towels, bathrobes, soaps, shampoo, etc. During the summer months and in the heart of the Mediterranean garden, the pool is available to you with deck chairs and a granite table nearby. Please leave the apartment as clean as it was when you arrived. If you don't have the desire or time to clean, just pay CHF 75, which is the equivalent of three hours of cleaning. In any case, the kitchen must be returned clean. Agarone can also be reached by public transport and the bus passes by the house every halfhour, which allows you to reach Locarno and other locations without having to use the car. Guest access The swimming pool located in the garden is at your exclusive disposal, you have to reach it through two flights of stairs. The garden is rich in vegetation and maintains a natural, somewhat wild character. Smoking is prohibited. Other things to note The apartment is dedicated only to adults. We do not accept pets because we have a sensitive pug and we do not want to upset it. You can only smoke in the dedicated space in the courtyard and not in the house or outside where there are armchairs, this is due to many textiles present inside the apartment where the smoke would enter. The violators will be required for professional cleaning. The apartment must be returned in the same condition in which it was rented. If you don't want to clean or don't have time, just tell me at the beginning of your stay and leave CHF 75 for the cleaning fee. Smoking is not even allowed in the garden due to easy fire. Nighttime quiet hours must be respected from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
