It is located in Vila Bananeiras, in the Ponte Branca neighborhood, on the route of the best waterfalls and traditional cachaça stills in the city. Social media: @vila.bananeiras The space The house has two balconies, a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, all very cozy. Both balconies overlook a large tropical garden. The back balcony has a canopy, a wooden dining table with 4 seats and comfortably accommodates a remote workstation overlooking the garden. The bedroom is an en-suite with a bathroom, featuring a double bed, air-conditioning, a wardrobe with hangers and space to store your luggage. It also has two bedside tables with lamps. The living room has a 50-inch TV with support for the main streaming services (YouTube, Netflix, HBO Max, etc.) and a retractable sofa, which opens into a comfortable bed and can accommodate one more guest. It is possible, therefore, to accommodate up to 3 guests, with two people in the double bed and one more on the retractable sofa. The kitchen has a 340L refrigerator with freezer, a cooktop stove with two burners and all the basic utensils needed to prepare meals. The house is located in a backyard with a large garden and complete privacy, but shares the space with other houses, including the hosts' house and other houses in the village. So, no noise or loud music is allowed after 10 p.m. We have our own free and exclusive parking for guests. The property is located on the Paraty-Cunha highway in the Ponte Branca neighborhood. The distance to the historic center is 5 km, less than a 10-minute drive. For the best known beaches, such as Trindade, Paraty-Mirim, Iriri and São Gonçalo, the distance is between 30 and 40 minutes. For stays with pets, the house's rugs and some decorations will be removed to prevent damage and malfunctions. We ask that the guest not leave pets alone in the house when leaving for long hours. The terrain is quite large and fenced, but it has some points with a live fence and vegetation, so it is necessary to always keep an eye on your pet for greater safety, in case it tends to run away. All outlets in the house are 110v. After booking, we will make the location available through an online map. Other things to note We provide clean linens for the double bed, a blanket, hairdryer, clean towels, toilet paper, pillows, portable fan, and basic kitchen utensils such as cutlery, plates, pots, glasses, and wine glasses.
