In the gated community of Sítio São Pedro, with total security and close to the beaches of Iporanga and São Pedro, the Chalet is intended for up to 2 adults (and 2 children) and can be considered a unique accommodation with this profile in the region. It overlooks the sea and is located in the middle of the Atlantic Forest. It is a detached house but an integral part of the Villa Pineapple property. Chalet guests will have exclusive access to the SPA, with a wet sauna and whirlpool. The space The Chalet has 53.40 m2 of indoor area with its own American kitchen (cook top, refrigerator, microwave, electric oven), air-conditioning, 2 full beds, pool table, dining table, TV, sofa, bathroom with 2 shower stalls, closet, complete set of bed, table and bath linens. Guests will have exclusive use of a 47.83 m2 SPA. The space has a large wet sauna and Jacuzzi. Access to the Chalet must be by a path that passes outside the main house, via the back and service area. It is necessary to climb, even with luggage, a narrow spiral staircase that may not be comfortable for the elderly or small children. Circulation through the main house area is not allowed. Guest access At a distance of 100 km (less than 2 hours of travel) from Congonhas Airport, in São Paulo, the condominium is considered one of the most exclusive and secure in the region, with 24-hour security, as well as a practically private beach. Access by visitors who are not condominium members is limited and controlled. The São Pedro Condominium has an exclusive Beach Club, on the sand, with a restaurant, bar, children's playground and complete infrastructure to serve guests. Beach service includes umbrellas and beach chairs on site. The Chalet is 1,300 meters from São Pedro Beach. It is equivalent to a 14-minute walk, but you can opt for the exclusive service of 2 Mercedes-Benz vans, with air-conditioning, which circulate all day in the condominium area, transporting only guests. There is also parking at the Beach Club, if you prefer to use your own car. The condominium also has a Country Club, with tennis courts, beach tennis and a skate track. Guests also have access to a wonderful waterfall, with a natural pool and trampoline, all within the São Pedro area. Guests are allowed unrestricted access to the beaches and high-end neighboring condominiums: Iporanga, Tijucopava, Taguaíba and Praia das Conchas. In these, you can visit other restaurants. I recommend the one at the end of Tijucopava beach, which has parking and provides, in addition to a full menu, on Saturdays, the menu of the Japanese restaurant Han. Excellent. There is also a SPA with massage services, an emergency room with a doctor on duty, and a small market with produce inside the Iporanga Condominium. Access to these facilities is allowed to São Pedro guests, without having to leave the condominium area. Very practical. When you want to opt for meal delivery service, I recommend the Joca restaurant. Super traditional, they deliver in 40 minutes and have fantastic dishes. Other things to note Only 1 car is allowed for Chalet guests, with 1 parking space in the property's garage.
