The James is a stone’s throw away from Hollywood's famed attractions including Hollywood Boulevard, the Hollywood Bowl, Musso & Frank Grill, the Capitol Records Tower, the Egyptian Theatre, and Runyon Canyon, among others. Enjoy our luxury, hospitality service from our wonderful staff, free continental breakfast offered Monday-Saturday, pet park, fitness center, social & work lounge, and our large outdoor community areas. We also offer access to our Sister Property's rooftop terrace, pool, & rooftop fitness center on a reservation-only basis. Guest access You will be the only person that has access to your Unit. PROPERTY ACCESS METHOD: Greeted by Front Desk Staff - Monday - Saturday from 9AM - 6AM INSTRUCTIONS FOR GETTING INTO THE PROPERTY: Please ring the bell at our front door to call the front desk. Kindly let us know your name and we will buzz you in. We will check you in and ensure you are comfortable in your apartment. Other things to note PET POLICY: We may allow 1 pet upon request (exclusions below) with a $125 fee per month. Failure to follow the pet policy will result in cancelation of your stay without a refund. CHECK-OUT TIME: Please note that check-out time is at 10:00 AM. If you would like to request late check out between 10 AM and 12 PM for a $50 fee, you must ask at least 24 hours before. These requests are not guaranteed. If you desire check-out anytime after 12 PM, you must reserve an additional night at the same nightly rate. These extension requests must be made before the current reservation ends at 10 AM."
