Welcome to my humble house. It's a modern contemporary house that you can enjoy your stay with your precious family. It's easy access to highway/San Mateo bridge, half hour to San Francisco, San Jose, Mountain View, and Palo Alto. Located in the middle of bay area! Last but not least, Restaurants are only 5-15 minutes away. NO Pets, and NO gatherings outside registered guests. Be sure to follow and read the house rules to avoid confusion and extra fees. Thank you and see you soon! The space When you arrive to our house, you will get all the access to 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 1 story single family house. You will experience the sense of being at your own home. Waking up in the morning, you will feel the fresh air of the neighborhood and calmness in the backyard while enjoying your tea or coffee while staring at the swimming pool. Our house has a living room with a very cozy sofa, 4K Smart TV for your movie night enjoyment with family, and a fully equipped kitchen with Instant pot, personal blender, etc. Also, a bonus living room with accent chairs and electric fireplace. The house also has a washer and dryer and cozy backyard swimming pool for you and your family enjoyment! Not to mention, your little kids as well :) When you book this place, you will get all these so why not come stay with us! Included with the space: - An extra comfortable FULL foldable mattress with stand! This will make a new set of bed that can fit another couple! - Clean towels - Body wash - Shampoo - Kitchenet - Gas stove - Wi-Fi - ‎1920x1080 Pixels Work Monitor with HDMI connection ready - Work Station - 2 Driveway parking and plenty of street parking! - Coffee bar! - Laundry in house - Security alarm system to use if desire - Iron - Kids toys to keep them busy! - Chromecast built in - living room 55" Sony TV - 32" TV in master bedroom - High Chair for little one - Child safety swimming pool gate - Double stroller for your convenience - Bassinet available for your baby - Pack and play for little one - Stroller and toddler car seat if needed so you won't have to bring them! - Most importantly a great and safe place to live in. **Absolutely no parties or gathering outside of registered guest allowed. We would like to respect our neighbors and Airbnb will cancel your reservations without refunds if this is not followed. ** There will be a lawn maintenance every other Fridays.** ** Non permitted late checkout will incur $100 fees for first hour and a day rental after 2 hours without the access to the house. Please schedule accordingly** We are allergic to pets; we really appreciate if there will be NO pets or service animals whatsoever. Thank you for your understanding. Bay area weather especially Hayward most of the time are very pleasant however we do get some heat waves from time to time in the summer and the house has NO AC. ** Pool is available all year long however it is NOT a heated pool, and it might be cold during non-summer season.** **Please do not throw anything into the swimming pool, extra cleaning time charges will apply** Guest access The code to the door or lockbox will be provided for self and quick check in to the house. Other things to note No parties or events allowed. No gathering outside of registered guests. $100/non registered guest will be charged extra No smoking (cigarettes, cigars, pot, et al) on any part of property, including back and front yards. 4 security cameras at exterior of home. 2 at front of house, 1 at the pool and 1 in rear yard. We provide fans throughout for the rooms. No AC in the house. We love pets, however, we are very allergic to it. That is being said, pets are not allowed and if you do have service animals to bring, there will be an extra charge of $500 for the cleaning company to do the extra cleaning to make sure there will be no pet hair left due to the health issue. Swim at YOUR own risks NO EXCEPTIONS. Owner of the house / Host will NOT be liable for any accidents, injuries, or anything. Swim responsibly and with cautious. Pool is not heated and water might be cold. We have outdoor cameras for safety; they are not being monitored. We will look into it for emergencies only.
