This coastal getaway backs to Port Aransas wetlands, with plenty of entertaining space so you can catch the ocean breeze and grill out your local catch of the day with the propane grill! (No fish in it, please.) Rinse off the Gulf Coast sand with an outdoor shower. This tastefully decorated island home with a private heated pool sits on stilts and includes a washer & dryer tucked in the hallway, as well as an open floor plan with the kitchen and dining open to the living room. Gather together and lounge on the couch, sofa, and accent chairs to watch a movie on the large TV. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a pantry, a standard coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Dine at the large table for six, and additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The three spacious bedrooms provide ample space for multiple families. The Main bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, nightstands, a closet, an accent chair, and a wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom consists of double granite vanities and a tub/shower. Kids will love sleeping in the guest room (BR2), made up of two Twin over Twin bunk beds, a closet, and a wall-mounted TV, great for watching cartoons and movies. The second guest room (BR3) has a Queen bed, a TV, and a closet. Both guest rooms share a hallway bath with a vanity and tub/shower. You will love sitting on this shaded balcony and enjoying the sea breeze. Cool off in the private pool or rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Tangerine Dream is centrally located to downtown shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The pool can be heated for $50.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay. Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime.
