Welcome to Magitte. Two large bedrooms side by side on the ground floor, easily accessible from the parking lot. Each room has a large comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, reversible air conditioning, Nespresso coffee machine and teapot. One bedroom with full private bathroom, the other with an old bathtub. The French windows overlook the garden and swimming pool for a peaceful stay in South Charente. The space The "Gite Magitte" is a peaceful oasis located on the Barbezieux-Chalais axis, in the countryside, without neighbors or opposite. This beautiful 19th century farmhouse, tastefully and passionately renovated, welcomes you for an authentic stay. Private parking is adjacent to the house. The one-hectare plot, flowery and wooded, is home to a large 11 x 5.5 m swimming pool, ideal for cooling off or playing sports before discovering the region. Guest access Guests have free access to the dining room, cozy living room with wood-burning fireplace, shaded courtyard and large swimming pool for relaxing or refreshing moments in complete serenity. During your stay Discreetly present on site or nearby, I remain available if needed. You may come across Zezette, my faithful four-legged accomplice, who watches over the calm and harmony of the house Other things to note Options are offered by your host (upon request): • Homemade breakfast served with tenderness: fresh bread, jam, hot drink… to be enjoyed in your room, the dining room or on the terrace, depending on the weather. 👉 €7 per person. • Typical Charentais dinner, lovingly prepared by your dedicated host: menu inspired by local flavors, homemade. 👉 €19 per person.
