Cosy bedroom in the heart of Lark Lane

Welcome to our fantastic quirky room in the heart of Lark Lane. Unrivalled location with fantastic specialty coffee shops and restaurants <1 min walk and Sefton Park at ~2 min walk. Direct access to supermarket, and easy access to city centre with public transport (<10 min walk), car (<10 min) or walking (30-35 min). Cosy and welcoming —and fully equipped— kitchen/lounge area. Kick back and relax (or work!) in this calm, stylish space. The space I'm doing my best to provide the best experience I can for you. As I'm relatively new to Airbnb, any constructive feedback you'd have while you're staying at mine, please don't hesitate to say and I'll attend your needs. This is my flat where I live my young-professional busy life, and I have a vibrant group of friends and people I know. You will land in this space, which I hope it will be very welcoming and you'll have a great time, both for resting or doing whatever you came to do. I'm both very friendly and open, and respectful, so you will have your space to do whatever you feel like doing, and if you feel like interacting with me/the environment in the flat, you are welcome too. This is a safe and inclusive space open to all cultures, religions and sexual preferences. Guest access You'll have access to the room, bathroom, kitchen/lounge area, and the backyard if you wish. During your stay I'm quite relaxed about this. I am hoping to provide a space where you can rest, enjoy yourself and have a great time. I'm not great at being glued to my phone, but I'll be reachable for any reasonable requests for you to have a good time in the flat and in Liverpool. I have a busy life at work and social life, depending on how long you are staying in the flat, I may have people visiting in the flat and we typically hang out in the kitchen area. Though, there is no set rules here, and this is an open space. Always happy to provide advise on what to do in town or around the area. It's full of places to go and have a drink or a meal, and a range of other activities. Other things to note This is a TV-free home. You're welcome to watch whatever you'd like on your device(s) in your room, but I keep the living room/kitchen area free from screens.
