This bayside escape gives you the best of both worlds—quiet coastal charm with easy access to Longboat Key’s beaches, dining, and natural beauty. An elevator is available, making it a convenient option for all. Guest access You can enjoy several recreational activities including a lighted tennis court, heated outdoor pool, bicycles, shuffleboard, BBQ grills, and 200 feet of beach. This condo does not have beachfront access, you're only a short walk away from the beautiful beach, allowing you to indulge in the sun, sand, and surf easily. Other things to note You are limited to one parking space per unit. No Pets. No Smoking Must be 21 or over to rent.
