Three steps from the living room and your feet are in the sand. Thirty more steps and you are in the ocean. The beach literally flows into the living space. The new and fully-equipped kitchen with is a fun and modern take on a midcentury aesthetic with a curved bench top and checkerboard baby blue and white tiles that flow into the downstairs bathroom and laundry where you’ll find a shower, toilet, basin and Electrolux washing machine. The Breville Nespresso machine is perfect for your morning cup of pick-me-up. The cabinetry throughout is elegant and fun, adding to the relaxed touch of luxury. Enjoy the sea view from the raw wooden dining table and custom built-in bench seat or lounge on the comfy sofa while you read a book or stream your favourite binge-worthy TV show. Follow the “Natural Floors” wool and jute staircase runner to the second storey to find two comfortable bedrooms and the brand-new main bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The main bedroom with a new queen bed, embraces the panoramic sea view. When you walk out on to the balcony you feel as though you are on top of the sand dune as the fresh sea air flows through.
