On the first level, a well-organised and airy living area unfolds: the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an induction hob, oven and espresso coffee machine, blends seamlessly with the dining area, ideal for both relaxed meals and quick bites. The living room, generous in size and filled with natural light, invites you to unwind with two comfortable sofas and a smart TV, creating a convivial space to enjoy after a day exploring the coast and the narrow streets. From here, a small balcony opens onto the historic centre, offering a privileged glimpse into everyday life in Sorrento. A staircase leads to the attic sleeping area, one of the most evocative parts of the home. Here, the warmth of real wood parquet meets the charm of exposed beams, creating an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. The two double bedrooms, both equipped with smart TVs, hot/cold air conditioning and ample storage space with wardrobes and drawers, provide comfort and tranquillity for a restful night. From one of the bedrooms, you can access the private terrace, furnished with sun loungers, where the view stretches across the rooftops of the old town all the way to the unmistakable silhouette of Mount Vesuvius. The apartment features two full bathrooms with showers, one on each level, ensuring both comfort and practicality throughout your stay. The property is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work or streaming, air conditioning in all rooms and smart TVs. Guests are provided with bed linen, a set of three towels per person (face, shower and bidet towel) and a courtesy kit including soap, shampoo and toilet paper, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay from the very beginning. Guest access Access to the apartment is provided through an in-person check-in: a member of our staff will personally welcome you, hand over the keys, show you the apartment and provide all the useful information to help you enjoy your stay. For this reason, it is necessary to agree on your arrival time in advance; you will be contacted in the days prior to organise your check-in. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM. For arrivals between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM, a supplement of €30 applies, while between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM the cost is €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. The apartment is located on the third floor of a typical historic building in the old town, without a lift: it is therefore necessary to climb stairs to reach it. Inside the property, there is also a staircase connecting the two levels of the apartment. Other things to note The location in the heart of the old town, entirely within a pedestrian area, makes the apartment perfect for experiencing Sorrento on foot, but it does not allow direct car access. For those arriving by car, several guarded parking facilities are available nearby, with daily rates generally ranging between €25 and €36. Thanks to its central location and proximity to main services, restaurants and transport connections, a car is not necessary during your stay and is often the least practical option. Upon arrival, all guests will be required to present a valid ID, necessary for the mandatory registration with the relevant authorities. A tourist tax is also applicable, to be paid in cash upon arrival, during the period from April to October. For the city of Sorrento, the amount is €4 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights; guests under 18 years old are exempt.
