With a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, making it ideal for couples, with or without children, looking for a cozy and practical retreat. Other things to note Quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The cleaning costs are used to clean the floors, sheets and towels, if additional cleaning or difficult stains are necessary, there will be a supplement. Check-out time at 11:00 in the morning. For stays longer than 3 weeks a supplement for the electricity that passes 50€ is charged. Extra sheets and/or towels during your stay will implicate a surcharge of 20€. Legalized housing, paying licenses, insurance, taxes, etc. (Official guest registration is required at check-in.
