Right across the street from 8th Street Market and the Momentary. 2 story with the living, kitchen, dining area and half bath on main floor. 2 bedrooms, one with a king and the other with 2 twins upstairs with a full bath. Pets welcome with a $20 per pet per night fee. Pets must stay off furniture and be crated while you are gone. No cats. Storage shed in back yard for your bikes. Long term rental rates available. While the home does have central heat/air- the upstairs can be warmer or cooler depending upon the season. There are box fans along with ceiling fans in each bedroom.
