The Newport Loft is an open & beautifully designed vacation rental in the heart of Newport. Located on Memorial Blvd, above Imbriglio's and aside Sardella's restaurants, and just two blocks from Newport Harbor, The Newport Loft is the perfect home away from home. The space The Newport Loft has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and one full bath. An amazing open kitchen, living (w/ queen sleeper sofa), and dining space with a vaulted ceiling and lots of natural light, offer guests comfort and enjoyable living. Please note that the style and decor of The Newport Loft is that of a nautical sail loft. One truly unique feature is sliding glass doors similar to a barn door throughout the loft. The glass panels are frosted and are not see-through. However, the sliding nature does offer less sound privacy than traditional hinge doors. Please note that there may be a minimum night stay requirement. The listing is set at one night as single night stays are welcome but only if it fits the vacancy optimally. Most weekends have a two night minimum and some a three night minimum. Please note that the listed rates on weekends are based on a minimum stay. Should a one night stay be accepted, there may be an increase in the listed rate. Please inquire for an exact rate quote. ***SUPPLIES/AMENITIES*** Liquid soap is supplied at the sink in the bathroom. Bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and other personal hygiene products are not provided. Salt and Pepper are supplied. Oil and other food items are not. These items are not offered as an attempt to maintain a clean, sterile, and non-communal environment as possible.
