Located less than a 10-minute walk from the beach, and less than 15 minutes from The Montgomerie Rabat golf course, it is also 5 minutes from the Essec Business School. A surf school, restaurants along the Corniche. The latter has a spacious terrace to enjoy the views of the garden and swimming pools. A parking space is included in the stay. The space The accommodation includes: - A large living room giving access to the main terrace. - A master bedroom with balcony, bathroom with bathtub and toilet - A bedroom with two single beds with terrace - A bathroom with shower and toilet - A fully-equipped kitchen. - A parking space in the garage is included in the rental for the duration of the stay. Other things to note Smoking/vaping is only allowed on balconies/terraces. Please do not do it inside. - Access to the residence's swimming pools is allowed from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
