Guest access You would have access to the entire apartment located on the second (top) floor which requires you to climb only 38 broad and well-lit steps ensuring a comfortable accent. Ample parking space is available for your two wheeler or car. Other things to note 1. We provide a lockbox outside the apartment door where the keys are kept along with a contactless check-in option. On the day of your check-in, we will provide you a 4-digit code to unlock the lockbox. 2. Outside the front door of the apartment, there is a 24/7 security camera recording with 2 way communication system. 3. The apartment is situated on second floor. There are 38 easy and small broad steps to climb, in order to get to the unit. 4. There is ample parking space for your car/bike. 5. Trash collection is done everyday from the door step at 11 AM. 6. No decorations what so ever is permitted in the unit. Decorations spoil our linens and walls which is why we neither do them ourselves nor allow guests to alter our space or move around furnitures. 7. To maintain the aesthetic appeal of the apartment, we provide complimentary floor sweeping and mopping, bathroom cleaning, and linen change every 3 days after check-in. Please note that for stays of 2 or 3 nights, no housekeeping is provided during the middle of the stay. For stays of 4 or 5 nights, housekeeping is offered once during your stay. If you're staying with us for a week or more, housekeeping will be conducted every 4th day after your check-in.
