For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. ★ POOL & BACKYARD USAGE ★ Outdoor pool slide and play equipment are to be used at the guest's risk! Children must always be supervised. ★ MAINTENANCE SERVICES★ Please note that we have weekly pool maintenance, landscaping, and general maintenance workers who may need access to the home/pool area. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services. There is no daily cleaning service. ★ QUIET HOURS ★ We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am (city ordinance). During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed. Thank you very much for your understanding. Other things to note Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises. The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card. 2-night bookings require an additional security deposit. Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit. While we strive to replace any furniture with similar items to those shown in the photos, some pieces may differ from what is pictured due to updates or replacements.
