First floor & second floor units. This is the first floor unit and is completely independent and private with it's own private entrance. No steps inside. Large private driveway that fits up to 3 vehicles on each side. Each unit gets one side of the driveway. Must park front to back and occupy one side of the driveway only. High speed wifi. Large TV in living room and each bedroom has a TV. Roku, Amazon TV and Spectrum TV provided.
