Quiet housing in the heart of the most clean city Byala, a quality complex with a swimming pool, 50 meters from the central sandy beach. Small freshly refurbished kitchen and living room with double sofa. Separate bedroom with double bed, new 7 zone orthopedic matrass. Cozy green sunny balcony with outdoor furniture. Shadow room location, so AC usage is not mandatory. The tenants are provided with the fast free WiFi and smart TV. Kitchen is fully equipped with electric hobs, microwave, electrical kettle, toaster, new fridge, new washing machine, kitchen utils, sugar, salt, pepper. Guest access Guests can use the communal swimming pool, although specific rules applies (quiet hours, no diving) Other things to note Please be aware of there before you come: 1. ELECTRICITY - please beware of access electricity usage, take care of the nature. Electricity is paid separately by guests in case of longer stays more than 28 days. 2. The price for the extra person is 10 Euro per day. 3. For longer stays of more than 10 days, we provide the extra bedding. Cleaning is available upon request at extra fee. 4. MONTHLY STAYS. We do nor charge for electricity, water consumption and use of Wifi for the stays less than 28 days. In case of the stay longer that 28 days, you will need to pay deposit from 150 to 200 eur depending on the length of stay. Bills for internet (10 eur), water and electricity then are deducted from that and deposit is returned at the end of the stay. 5. TOWELS AND BED LINEN - Please take care of towels and bed linen. Towels only used for body. NO nail polish, NO make up/ lipstick, NO blood, NO food stains. Bath towels are forbidden to be taken out for swimming or any outside purpose. Damage and lost of the towels cost 10 euros for each piece. Damage of bed linen cost 20 euros set. 6. DAMAGE - Please inform us if any of product broken during your stay before you check out. We shall not fine you (unless big damage). Eg. cups, glasses, dishes and etc. but it is very important for us to replace them on time for next guests. 7. Please do not throw papers down the toilet, use the bins provided. 8. When guests move the furniture, they are kindly asked to return them back to its original place. 9. Please use wooden or plastic utensils when cooking in casseroles or frying pan. For damaging frying pan or casserole , fine 20 eur pec item. 10. The apartment should be left in proper order, garbage taken out and dishes should be washed, compensation for extra costs arising in case the rule is not fulfilled - 30 EUR.
