The apartment is located on the ground floor of an old cozy house in the center of Lillesand. The apartment is suitable for both couples and families. There is a private entrance and there is parking in the street outside - Public free parking spaces. There is a short distance to the town's local shops, restaurants, grocery stores and to Lillesand Marina. In the summer season there is a bustling social and boating life in the city and there are Sunday open shops throughout the season The space The apartment is fully furnished, has a living room/kitchen, bathroom, a bedroom and a living room that can be used as a bedroom if desired. There are 4-5 beds. Two beds in the bedroom (90x200). A small living room with a single bed (75x190) and a sofa bed with a thin mattress (120x190). The sofa bed can fit 1 to 2 people (2 children). In the living room there are no doors to the living room/kitchen but there are curtains that can be pulled if this is to be used as a bedroom. A guest bed and an extra mattress 75x190 available if extra bed is needed. See description in pictures. The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, washing machine and kitchenware. There is wifi in the apartment and TV in the living room. Smoking indoors is not allowed. There is a garden that can be used during the rental period by appointment. For information, this is a part of a common outdoor area adjacent to the rest of the house and our entrance. Other things to note Practical information -The apartment is rented for a minimum of two nights. - Check-in after 3 pm - check-out before 12 pm. -The tenant must clean before checkout. Cleaning can be done by the landlord by appointment. Price NOK 1,200 - Bed linen and towels not included, pillows and duvets available - We prefer adult and responsible tenants.
