This small charming house is located in the first row to the sea on Nesbrygga, which is located on Nøtterøy. The house is renovated and maintains a consistently high standard. Beautiful views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. (no sun guarantee even on the sunny coast;) Swimming opportunities are two minutes walk from the house, and otherwise there are several nice beaches nearby. This is a nice place with lots of charm and good atmosphere with all the possibilities to create good holiday memories. The space This house, which can probably be described as a mini-house, has two bedrooms on the second floor. One has a double bed and a lovely view of the lake. The second is open and has sleeping space for two, with railings and views down to the kitchen, perfect for two adults or two children. Nice bathroom with large shower. The open kitchen is well equipped and has good opportunities for pleasant meals either around the dining table inside or outside. Cozy living room with stunning views of the lake. Terrace with nice dining area and plenty of places for sunbathing around the house. Guest access The house is located in the garden where the host himself lives. The property is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area. We assume that everyone takes normal consideration of each other and keeps the sound level muted after 11 pm and before 9 am. Other things to note It is possible for a fifth person to stay on the good sofa in the living room. The sofa is both wide enough and long enough for an adult. It comes as an addition to the price.
