Kick back and relax in this calm, modern space at the Sonrise Studio apartment in the Valencia Historic District, recognized by the National Register of Historic Places! Enjoy amazing sunrises at the neighborhood fishing pier on the Indian River! Indulge in relaxing days lounging by the pristine pool and outdoor patio area complete with luxury patio furniture and grill. The Sonrise Studio is located on the first floor of the guesthouse and is fully equipped to be your home away from home! The space The Sonrise Studio is a studio apartment located in the guesthouse of Casa D'Amore! Casa D’Amore is a Christian retreat, where all are welcome to stay and enjoy the Space Coast! There is a private entrance to the unit and a large shared outdoor patio space and in ground swimming pool just outside the Sonrise Studio! This unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with 2 burner stove, microwave/convection oven, toaster and dishes/utensils. There is a queen size bed and full bathroom, with linens provided during your stay. One paver parking space is included. We provide a starter amount of essentials such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, spray cleaner, and laundry soap, following that is is the guests responsibility to provide additional essentials. Guest access During your stay you will have direct access to your private studio apartment. You will also have access to the shared outdoor entertaining area, pool, and grill! **Please note there is not access to the main house at Casa D'Amore. Other things to note Casa D’Amore is an adult only property. Enjoy the breath taking views of majestic sunrises and dolphins playing in the Indian River, within walking distance from the Sonrise Studio to the Valencia Dock! Located just 2 miles from Historic Cocoa Village! See guestbook for great restaurants and things to do in Cocoa Village including amazing performances at Cocoa Village Playhouse! Many famous attractions are an hour or less from The Sonrise Studio. Disney, Universal Studios, Volcano Bay Water Park, Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon’s Surf Shop in Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral just to mention a few. There are also many fun activities to do on the Space Coast such as canoeing, fishing, jet skiing in the Indian River, paddle boarding and surfing in Cocoa Beach! Enjoy Sea Turtle season, May- October, we are the largest sea turtle nesting area in the USA.
